Generational change for Families

JRM’s Family Connect program helps families with a safe place to live together.

After 13 years, Rosalee’s* spouse left her with 4 young children to care for. Due to a lack of resources, the children were not able to return to school. Along with this, one of the children has significant medical issues which requires weekly clinic visits, and medical supplies for his care. Rosalee reached out to the Family Connect program of JRM for assistance, and we were able to help her with the supplies, uniforms, and fees needed to get the children back into school. Our team has also connected her with a pediatric surgeon with hope that her son could benefit from surgery. Rosalee is actively looking for property where she could build her own house with JRM’s assistance, instead of living in the one-room attachment she now shares with her ex-spouse’s family. Through the ongoing support JRM’s Family Connect Team, Rosalee now has hope for a brighter future for her and her children, and she also has a whole team at JRM who will walk alongside her, show her the love of Jesus, and encourage her!
