Family Connect
JRM helps keep families together through our Family Connect Program.
Many times families are separated from their children due to poor living conditions. These families want to care for their own children, but are unable to access adequate, safe housing.
Families are referred to JRM by the CPFSA (Child Protection and Family Services Agency) and we depend on our donors to provide the needed funds for these projects.
In addition to building a house, JRM provides ongoing support to the families we assist, connecting them to community resources, counseling, and other needed services.
JRM is strengthening Jamaica, one family at a time!
Volunteer work teams have been an important part of JRM's ministry by helping build these structures that allow families to be re-united.
At JRM, we also have the opportunity to mentor these families and speak into their lives.
