JRM provides sponsorship to children of Jamaica that need assistance with educational
costs. The Shiloh Basic School of Mt. Pelier, Hanover is supported through this effort
entirely, and then other needy situations are accepted for sponsorship when willing
sponsors are found. Sponsorship assists with book costs, taxi fare, uniform costs, and
school lunches. We encourage a sponsorship of $25.00 US per child per month. At times
this may not adequately meet the need of a particular child; when this is the case we
simply seek to supply more than one sponsor to the child in need. Pictured below are
some of the students of the Mt. Pelier school.
