Mt. Pelier is the location of the Blackburn Community Learning Center. It is a school for 3-6 year olds who can't afford the cost of food, taxi, uniforms, etc. to go to the public schools. It provides a basic education and also Godly principles for these young lives. Sophia Ellis is the teacher and she does a fine job; her heart is definately with her people. JRM's role on Mt. Pelier has been monthly sponsorship for some of the children, Bible Club on Friday afternoons and all around community work. If you are interested in supporting a child on Mt.
